By accessing or using the AI Math Problem Solver app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. AI Math Problem Solver offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Weekly Subscription: 4.99 USD per week

  • Yearly Subscription: 24.99 USD per year

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

Privacy and Data Handling

AI Math Problem Solver does not collect or store any personal information on its servers. All math problem images and data processed by the app remain on your device. We do not track, store, or share any user data or behavioral information.

No Third-Party Integrations

The App functions fully offline for core problem-solving functionality and does not depend on third-party services for processing. All AI operations occur locally or securely through your device’s authorized API services, ensuring user privacy and control.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Termination of Use

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. In the event of significant changes, you may be notified within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
